The Roma Luxus Hotel is a wonderful new boutique Hotel perfectly situated between the local district of Rione Monti and all of the famous sites.

It is rated as a five star Hotel. I would add it more in to a high end boutique 4 star category than the five star. I am sure they achieved their 5 star level because of the two fantastic restaurants that are part of the Hotel and also open to the public.

Hugo Fusion Bar  – with 2 star michelin rated head chef Antony Genovese and head bartender Patrick Grove.  A great concept combining fusion culinary including Thai, Vietnam, Japan, Korea & Malaysia with an artistic and flavoursome touch. Patrick Grove combines exotic cocktails for every plate creating a degustation of the senses

Madre Roma – Head Chef Riccardo di Giacinto has a 1 star rating. His menu has an italian / South American influence with a delicious selection of Ceviche, tapas and pizza.
The cool decor gives a warm atmosphere that is somewhat calming and similar to the love of a mother hence the name ‘madre’

This is where breakfast is served every morning. The buffet breakfast is exceptional you can also choose from the list of a hot breakfast prepared fresh as you order.

You can choose from diverse room typologies. All equipped with modern amenities and comfort. I especially loved the bathrooms gorgeous Italian Design, great lighting and beautiful finishings.
